Principal
Achikam is carrying on the five-decade legacy left by his step-father, and mentor, Efraim Kier. Achikam, a former corporate attorney, has been involved in commercial real estate development, management and brokerage for the past 20 years.
Achikam has also consummated over $750 million in development, sale and leasing transactions in South Florida and Puerto Rico.
Alina Segura
Asset Manager
A Puerto Rico native, Alina’s expertise lies in asset management. She oversees all aspects of the administrative, financial and operations of the portfolio.
Edna Carolina Paiz
Comptroller
Born in Guatemala, Carolina is a Puertorican local with many years of experience in accounting. Her primary function is overseeing and maintaining the system of controls, including budgets, reserves and daily accounting operations of the portfolio.

Finance Manager
A Floridian native and former CPA, Sue Ann has over three decades of accounting and auditing experience. Her primary role is overseeing and managing financial statements and reporting.

Property Manager
Manages all aspects of on-site property demands following HUD Program requirements, ensuring the well-being of it’s residents.
